I had a crazy call tonight. I can't believe this wasn't fixed before.
full-on orange reps may not understand, but i think if you substitute siebel with telegence/care and webaxe with snooper, it should make sense.
A woman called on behalf of her son who's phone periodically stopped recieving calls and gave an error message. she had called before as this had happened three times in the past month. checked webaxe, incoming calls were blocked, so i unblocked them. checked siebel and it was blocked there too.
the custoemr had requested calls to be blocked about a year ago since the phone was lost...and it was NEVER UNBLOCKED IN SIEBEL!! everyone just kept unblocking it in webaxe, so when the registration changed, the block would come back on!! how could so many reps miss this!? incoming calls were blocked in siebel since March 28, 2005
