Is there a way you can put ringtones through flash card reader for VX9800?

i was wondering if you can put ringtones through the flash card reader instead of using bitpm or anything. if you guys know, tell me please. Thanks.

no but you do need a card reader to put the files on the sd card in a folder called ringtones and copy your ringtones.dat and you need bitpim...see Version told LG to stop making the my sounds folder letting people use it to but ringtones in there the last lg ver where u can use your my sounds folder to set a ringers was LG 7000 im not sure if the lg 8000 had that feature or not.

ok thanks. i am currently confused. lol. i d/led bitpim and wat is ringtones.DAT and i try to transfer the song but it says phone cannot be found or something. why?
