V3x Post-Flash Question

I need some help please. I flashed my V3x to the newest flash/flex monster pack on www.planetmotox.net. Everything is awesome, except for 3 things that I had questions about.

First, my phone is "3" branded, and before I did the flash, the voice command button actually took me to the name dial/digit dial screen (similar to the one on the PEBL). But now, it just goes to the normal voice dail thing. Is it possible to go back to the old one?
Second, T-Mobile recently changed their voicemail notification style. Now when you get a voicemail, it doesn't send you a text anymore. Initially, I would receive the voicemail notification, but now I get some weird text message. Any way to change that back?
Finally, how can I get the Screen 3 options back? They seem to have disappeared. Anyway to retrieve them?

I would really appreciate any help that I can get...

1) You have to install that manually. Go to http://www.motox.info/showthread.php?t=9159&page=4 and read through last two pages (my posts). I've had the same problem, and found out how to reinstall it.

2) For that one you'll have to edit seem 0032_0001 offset 02, bit 1 and 4 i think (also read my posts and map.txt file from xlr8).

3) Not sure.
