Alltel to Cingular MMS Problem

I have Alltel service and recently I have been having MMS (Video) problems when I send a Video to a Cingular customer. She would get just a black screen. This started approx early March 2006. Prior to that time I was able to send Video to the Cingular customer and she would be able to play the video. She is able to send me a MMS Video and I am able to see it. Currently I can send and receive MMS Pictures with Cingular.

I am located in Arizona.

Does anyone else have this problem?

FYI--I am still able to send and receive MMS Video and Pictures to Verizon customers without any problems..
