Cant get picture transfer to install on SK2...

I just got my SK2 and was downloading some apps. Everything else installed OK, but the picture transferrer. When I try to install it, it will say to go to my downloads and reinstall it. It keeps repeating, so I deleted it and redownloaded it. Same problem...
