BitPim (Or similar software) for Nokia?

If you are referring to CDMA, Nokia is unlike most other CDMA handsets that powered by Qualcomm chipset. BitPim can only deal Qualcomm-powered models. The Nokia in-house PC Suite has limited access to things and carrier-dependent (e.g. if they decide to cripple assign ringtones with DRM only). Try Oxygen Phone Manager II or MobiMB for slightly more flexibility.

Even in GSM, Nokia has been relatively more secure about their intellectual properties. Without dongle this, cable that, Phoenix this, driver set that, even if you obtain the MCU and PPM files itself, you could do little about it. Sure, after-market flash boxes, cables and software have been around as well as sites dedicated to hacking Nokia. However, it is nothing like the hack-friendly Motorola.
