can you change the date format on V3i?

Does any one know if there is a seem mod to change the V3i date format to english? I.e. dd/mm/yy instead of mm/dd/yy which is what my phone shows?

Settings > Initial Setup > Time and Date > (highlight date & select Change) > Format
