i just record my voice on my notebook and transfer the file over to the phone to make it as a ringtone. eg. "alison the hottie is calling, pick it up!"

on another note, how about at least trying to write some words next time, something that would allow us to read instead of require us to decipher.

No You Can Not Assign Voice Memos As Ringtones Only Thing That Works For Ringtones Is .mid Files So You Would Have To Make The Voice Ringtone On Your Computer Save It As A Mid File
