Need some insight on my situation

I have an opportunity to trade my SE W900i (WHITE) for a Sharp 903SH(BLACK).

IS IT WORTH IT?
Tell me some of the major advantages or disadvantages of each?
personal preferences?
Say antyhing you think is relevant

What is more important? Camera or media playing function?

Also, Sharp 903sh has killer RF... so if you want a phone to perform its function as a phone, its a good trade.
