Re-enabling GIN on V3C with Alltel flash - error code

Not sure if this is the right forum to post in, but I keep getting a runtime error in PST 7.2.3 on my V3C when following the Wiki instructions for enabling GIN after an Alltel flash. I copied the alltelappmgr file to my phone using P2Kcommander, and when I open the new RTT 1x Browser in PST to get the vzw.rtb file onto my phone and write the file to the phone, I get a runtime error in UT_NVM.exe "abnormal program termination". I have applied the uni patch to PST, but tried the same process with unpatched files as well.

Any help is greatly appreciated so I can get my GIN working again!
