hey guys, I just deleted several pictures, and turned off my phone. And now it won't start back up

it just turns on, shows "please wait" white background...and flashes and turns off...and repeats until I pull the battery.

what's wrong?!

I tried # + power, but still no workie. I got an estimate from a local cell repair shop for $40. please help me asap. I have no other phone to use..

I think you do..he gave me a business card, and I think I saw a Tim from Victoria. I decided to go with Allen, instead of the local phone shops.

He reflashed the firmware for me, and it's working great
