I'm deciding on whether to get a window's smartphone. The thing is I've searched this forum and read a lot of reviews and here's what I've found and can someone confirm it.

1. No Document readers - I read that there are no document (i.e., excel, word, pdf) on the phone. I've read that the Qtek will have clearvue bundled in the CD, but don't know about the I-mate

2. Notes - Did I read this correctly???? It doesn't sync notes from Outlook?

3. 64mb of memory - I hear that although it is this high, only 16mb is alloted to general information of phone (i.e., sync calendar, notes, tasks, phonebook). Has anyone not able have all information on their outlook sync'd to phone because of a shortage of memory?

4. Anyone on T-mobile around NYC or New Jersey area that have had problems with RF? I have had Nokia and SE and both are really good, but I've also read that the RF on HTC phones don't compare to Nokia or SE.

If anyone could shed some light on these things, I might just buy a MS smartphone to play with
