I work for a reseller of cingular i was just wanting to compare pay for the Carolinas (Reseller does its own billing, customer service, and just sells the cingular service)

I currently make:
10.50/hr base pay
100% Commission on 2yr rate plans( if they get 99.99 plan i get $99.99)
50% Commission on 1yr rate plans
30% Commission on renewals
15% on accessories/phones
insurance paid by company 100% - medical/dental

How does that compare to Cingular Direct Employees?

That's a decent pay scale, to my anyway. I'd work for that.

you are getting better than cingular employees if your selling enough

Are you saying that you get paid the face value of the rate plan on new activations?

Yep Yep

For a 2yr contract i get face value - if 39.99 rate plan i get 40$ if 59.99 rate plan i get 60.00$, etc (100%)

For 1yr contract I get $19.99 on 39.99, etc (50%)

For renewals i get $33.33 if on a 99.99 (30%)
