I need help upgrading my motorola v3 razr to enable video

i purchased the software, i have installed Motorola PST onto my computer. then the guide says to uncompress the reflash file, i done that, then it told me to load up the software Multi flash flex, it told me to put the uncompressed file from the reflash file onto my phone, then when i click start it comes up with "flash prog/super file required" what the hell does that mean? someone please help me!!!!!
