Transferring contact to computer from Rokr

I've just done a handset exchance and was trying to find an easy way to transfer all of my contacts to my new phone. I have a bluetooth dongle and I also have the cord that comes with the phone to allow you to transfer music from iTunes.
I was hoping that there's some sort of program that someone can link me to that will let me use my bluetooth dongle to transfer all my phonebook contacts to my computer. And then later transfer them back to my phone.
