Difficulties dealing with Sound Solutions?

Has anyone dealt with Sound Solutions in getting a handset repaired? I have been unable to get in touch with anyone at the company. The phone line they provide on their support page (801-495-2171) is no longer being answered.

I sent my phone into them about a month ago and I have not been able to get an answer as to the current status of the phone. Needless to say, I'm starting to get concerned that my $450 QTEK 8310 is not going to be returned.

I was previously dealing with Tim Marsh but I was told that he had been let go because of performance issues. I managed to speak to his replacement, Kyler, once but I have not heard anything since Wednesday from the company.

Any details would be appreciated.
