Hey,

Just got new tracking sheets that track comp for the new commissions starting tomorrow...e-mail me your CINGULAR e-mail address and i will be happy to provide you the sheet...i wanna keep this internal.

Just an FYI, yesterday I had one of my best days ever...made $420 in commissions yesterday alone. Just for the heck of it, I entered my activations/features/etc into the new sheet...the new comp plan basically paid out $73 less. I am glad the day I had yesterday was in March!

We got one too.. are you on GROWTH, BALANCE OR ARPU....

We are on GROWTH... i emailed the tracker maker, hopefully he will make us a GROWTH tracker...

I dunno, i like ARPU more then GROWTH, we get paid more on ops in growth, less in feature, more in feature on ARPU and Less in ops...

balance, just is bad all around...

In arpu myself, wondering how much a difference a growth market is? Time to move?

In the growth market we get paid a little more on opps, but less on features. I'd stay where you are. Plus we must meet more opportunities than the arpu. And what's with an exception upgrade not counting as an opportunity...thats just stupid in my opinion.

We get comped for it. It just doesn't count against our opportunity quota. That's how I understood anyway. Which is good and bad...It could help our feature and accessory metrics, but will hurt our opps.

yeah i dont' understand that either.. but i'm in arpu so won't worry about it too much.
