New Razr old Flash??

Just wondering,
Got my new replacement razr in today, and it is using (in my option) a old flash version... 0E.41.C3R_B, at first i thought it was just mine, but checked someones that they bought Brand new, after the recall, so it would be fresh from motorola, and it has same version on it too..
Why is Cinglar staying with such an old version?? wondering if it would be more stable on there system.

Because that's the latest version they've tested/approved.
