I don't know what happened but when i attempt to open the browser on my E815 I am getting the message, "Browser setup is incomplete." Does anyone know how to set up the browser so that it will work again?

I just need to know how to get it back to how it was when I bought it.

Get an OTA update from your service provider...

It said that it was unable to update at this time and that I should call the tech assistance line. I live out in the stix so I will give it another shot when I get back into the EV Network. Thank you very much for the help!

if not call the cs and tell them they will help you they maybe something you can go into and setup just ask them i call them alot when i change phones lol.

What is the CS? I called the tech line today and they said to take my phone in and have it re-flashed! Everything we tried over the phone didn't work.
