Mp3 from transcard to internal memory.

i have an E 815 motorola. I have the transflash adapter with the 128 mb mini card. I can put mp3's on the card no problem and read them on my phone with no problem once i switch storage devices. My question is how to put some of those mp3's on the phone internal memory so i can use them as a ringtone.
Another member has trtied to help me by telling me to pick the song and press menu and select copy but there is no copy to select.
