I cannot get p2k to see my V3i!!!!

It keeps asking for the driver for my "Motorola Phone V3i itunes". The device manager shows a yellow question mark for the same device! The ultimate drivers pack does not seem to have the correct drivers. This when the USB is set as Data/Fax Connection. When in Memory Card position, MPT works, but P2k can't find the phone. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

what p2k software are you using?? p2kman?? p2ktools?? p2kman is old software...p2k tools is newer

It worked. I had to install a V3 first and then the V3i. I used p2kman and p2ktools.
