what do you say? what time do you usually do it? any tips welcomed

its amazing how people are willing to pay $20 in text on ppu, when a 4.99 text would save them a lot of money.

I was actually just doing ROCCS.

Honestly the best time to do it is between 5-7 or on Saturdays all day. I hate calling people right when the get home from work but we cant really expect them to be home in the middle of the day. And what i do is pull up the customer number and look at their usage myself to see what they have been using. Alot of times they arent using anything and the Roccs program just threw them in there for whatever reason.

Its good to look at the account though so you can see if maybe they went over their minutes or anything.

I dont know if you have done any but people actually seem to really appreciate the call as long as you communicate that you are trying to save them money not sell them something.

where do you get the roccs password and username? i tried to get into it but to no avail.

In mypasswords. You can find a link to mypasswords in opus.

Didn't you quit? The script works great with a nice tone of voice.

That should be CSP not opus.

thanks guys... got it working today ... had to call tech support my passwords wouldn't let me reset at first, then after i called - it worked like a charm.

couldn't use it because it is sunday though
