I've got a cingular V551 that I pushed some games onto using blue soleil. How can certain ones be removed? The only menu option seems to be removal of all java apps and games. Help please!!!

Just go into your list of loaded games, highlight the one you want to delete, press the center menu button and choose delete.

when i press the center button it starts the game, I don't get a choice to delete

I think you can delete games with p2ktools.
