Just did my first upgrade from a different state, it was really weird. Extremely hard for me to find any features, it listed every feature known to man. I even say COU and ERP features in the list. Oh well, im sure it will be a little more refined before long.

you use opus?... were you a cross market store before? cuz when im in opus adding features ... i see like over a thousand features..... COU/ERP... some old blue ones for the CONVERTED customers.... like i have a 777 feature .... one says "7PM NIGHT WEEKEND B" and another that says "7PM NIGHT WEEKEND O".... B for blue ... O for orange.... its sooo annoying when you have a cust you're trying to get rid of and you choose the wrong one accidently.....
i'm curious, was the upgrade in CARE or TELEGENCE?
