LG VX2500 Ringtones...

Tried searching already. A friend directed me to this website after we tried to get custom tones on my phone. We used wavepad and emailed it and everything.
The dilemna is when i save the song on my phone. The message comes through and everything. I open it up, hit options, hit save sound. I go to look for it on my ringtones menu, but it's not there. Any ideas? Thanks folks.
