I was planning on buying a bluetooth dongle and keeping it on my keychain, that way I can connect my phone anywhere to charge it and I was hoping that i could use it as a flash drive and put word documents and such on it.

can it be done??? and while I'm at it how much free memory does the razr have?

well, a razr has anywhere from 5-13 mb depending on the software (correct me if i'm wrong). But without mpt or a different phone program i don't think it would work. Also how would the flash drive provide power to the razr?

i was wanting to transfer word documents and other file types on to my phone through the usb bluetooth dongle. is this possible??? this way my phone would act as a small flash drive.

Well first off, which razr do you have? the v3c usually has around 28mb free before modding....etc. If you have a verizon v3c with .03 firmware, you'll need to either flash to alltel's firmware or downgrade to verizon's .02 firmware. Anything other than verizon you'll have no problem. I don't think it would act as a flash drive tho...you would need the right software on all the computers you hook it up to.....but i may be wrong, i haven't used bluetooth with my pc yet.

On Macs, you can browse the file system on my v3c over the bluetooth connection. So it'd be a flash drive, just not USB.....

On O2 UK V3 RAZR has around 4.5-5 MB b4 modding. btw does anyone know what sounds are safe to delete? i just heard if you delete all of them it screws your phone up

i delted all the pre installed ringtones and my phone works fine, i left for example the start up and shut down sounds because i was worried it might not boot properly without them, also be careful not to delete the standards tones that may be in use for another profile, like you may not have changed the lous profile's ringtone from the standard one and if you delete it the profile may not work properly
