Few questions about v3i and motorola phone tools

Hi, I have a few questions-
When I transfer a mpeg 4 video to the phone it says, "image too large" when i try to play it. How do I fix this? What is the maximum framerate/bitrate can the phone play videos up to? I've tried weird combinations like 320 and 128 through the imtoo 3gpp convertor (for 3gp and mpeg4), and have tried to play it on the phone. it plays it alright, but it "lags", the picture and the sound have these pauses every 2 seconds later on into the file. I don't know if its the phone or the imtoo convertor but i'd like to fix it.

And, when I try to transfer files from my phone to my hp ipaq 4150 pda by bluetooth, the phone says connection interrupted while i transfer and just aborts the transfer. However, when i use my pda to navigate and download a file, it says "cannot return to folder" or something like that, and the aborts the connection.

I think that motorola phone tools (the newest version) has got to be the most buggiest software i've ever used. When I try to sync my outlook calender with my v3i, it says, that it has trouble opening the outlook.pst file. The program then crashes. When I try to change the data source, the program crashes again. The previous version of mobile phone tools that i used with my v3 found my outlook calendar events automatically and synced. I dont' know whats wrong with the "newer" version. Anyone have any suggestions?

One more question to throw at you, the speakerhpone independant voice command thing doesn't seem to work when i press the voice key. the voice key brings me directly to the sound recordings and when i hold it it records my voice. it doesn't bring me to the command part.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Woah my phone just pulled a weird one on me. While watching an episode of "the daily show", it just stopped playing, and automatically changed my data source to the phone rather than the memory card. I restarted my phone, delted another video episode on my phone that i had uploaded earlier, and there were no more problems.

Could it have been because my memory card was too full ? (there was 8 mb free).
Maybe the v3i isn't meant to play long video episodes. I don't know though, the battery life and memory seem to mix together to equal video player, so.

I was able to play 50 minutes of video without losing a bar of battery.
