Hello, As I was adding in free WAP, i decided to putz around a little, and so I set it into test mode, and now I can't go back into regular mode. When I start up, it says FTS in blue at the top, and I can still make calls and everything, just the whole interface is gone, and replaced with a bunch of text and stuff, Please help me get it back up to what it used to be...
thanks

My phone started doing the exact same thing a few weeks ago (however, I wasn't messing around with any settings - it just kinda happened). Here is what I do: From FTS, press MENU then the LEFT SOFTKEY. It restores the phone to normal---until the next time you power cycle your phone. You'll just have to do the same thing again.

Does anyone know how to stop the test/debug mode from displaying permanently, rather than the temporary fix I've discovered?

Did some searching and this resolved my issue:

From FTS, press ##DEBUG (##33284). Might have to restart the phone. Should solve the problem.

To prevent test mode from showing up again when you restart your phone, follow your instructions for restoring normal mode temporarily (from FTS, press Menu, then LeftSoftKey).
After that, type: menu 0 0 * * T E S T O F F *.
If you typed it in correctly (and quickly enough), the menu should disappear.
Your phone should then reboot normally next time.
This was tested on a V186m.
