Where to buy 902 or 903 cell phones that are fully unlockable?

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas where I can get a 902 or 903 cell phone that is fully unlockable? I've tried eBay but there doesn't seem to be anymore.
Also I heard that Japan stopped producing 902s 
AND 903s are now unlockable?!
Feeling the pressure.. I really want one!
Should've gotten it earlier but I thought the price might drop.

There is at least one 902SH on EBay.. cause I'm selling one..
