hay i found a verizon v3c in a bus the its a new phone there is no information in it
i wanna know if i can use this phone cauz i also have verizon service
will there be any problem if i use this phone

Each phone has a unique ESN (electronic serial number) that is registered with a carrier (i.e. Verizon). In other words, return the phone to verizon so they can get it back to the rightful owner. If you paid good money for a new cell phone and left it on a bus, would you want someone else using it when it is returnable?

I'm saying that if you take to the phone to verizon, they can return it to the owner.
