If i got an interview do i pretty much have the job?

I posted earlier about advice for my interview but i was wondering, if the store manager calls me herself and asks me to come in for an interview after i applied online and all my experience in sales (2yrs Circuit City) do i pretty much have the job as long as i dont blow the interview, i just dont know if they interview alot of people or only the ones they think they really want. Thanks again

No, it takes more than merely getting the call for an interview to be hired.

They only interview people with the qualifications they want, the interview is more for personality and verifying competency.

Often they interview a few people just for HR purposes when they already have someone in mind. Hey! That could be you! or not!
