Memory Card question about SHarp 903SH.

I have been looking at this phone for quite some time now and i just finally decided to get it. Then i read something that kind of put me at a halt that i hope is not true. I wanted to know if i would be able to set up mp3 ringtones to play off of the memory card, instead of putting them on the actual phone memory(8mb). Do the ringtones have to be dragged unto the phone? or can the ringtones be played from the memory card when the phone rings? And my last question is when you record videos with the sharp 903, on the phone do the videos play choppy or smooth?

P.S. I searched the forums for these answers and had yet to find the exact answer i am looking for, i don't want to spend 600 bucks on a phone and not have the information i seek. Know what i mean?
