SLVR L7 USB drive not showing

Hello,

I have been connecting my SLVR L7, via the USB cable, to my computer for about a month now with no problems. Moving mostly mp3's and the like and charging the phone.

As of yesterday it has stopped showing up on my computer. I have not touched any settings. I rang Motorola and they suggested to reset the phone, which I have done to no luck.

Charging via the cable has not been effected. I doubt it is my computer as I can connect other USB peripherals with no problem.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Try re-seating the card (taking it out and putting it back in), or try formatting the card.

i have tried taking the card out, but with no luck.

How go i fomat the card?

i formatted the card (main menu / settings / phone status / storage devices) and it now works.

So thanks for the help.
