Have you ever tried uploading a JPEG to your phone, only to have the image show-up as a broken image link icon?
Well, the Nero Burning ROM suite has a useful tool called "PhotoSnap" that is a basic photo retouching tool.
I have found that saving files from PhotoSnap produces JPEG images that Kyocera phones seem to like. The interesting thing is that you don't even have to alter the image any! I just do a "Save As", and the images work flawlessly with my phone.
