Our store was burglarized last night!

The thieves smashed a window with a brick, tried to get into our inventory room but couldn't, and left with 3 of our monitors...Anyone have similiar stories?

We've had a similar thing happen in one of our stores - they did get some phones. Two of our mall locations have been robbed. One was by a former employee, who took several phones and all the cash from the drawer. We lost about $1000 cash from the other one, most of it from a deposit and payment on a RAZR.

Are you in Los Angeles county? We had a local store get robbed but there was no detail as to what happened.

One of our mall locations was hit a few times. Every time they got away with some high end phones. I think it happened 3 times about a year ago. All within 2 or 3 months of each other. Hasn't happened since.

I work for a autorized agent of verizon

and we used to have a flat panel tv that someone stole by going through the vent on the roof.

We have lost two SE W600's in the past few months. Both happened in broad daylight, during store hours. As far as we can tell it was a VERY large group of teens that were able to distract the one rep on duty long enough to snip the zip-tie and take the phone (leaving the back attatched)

We got both on tape but were not able to catch the kids. We think it was the same group both times.

punks give kids a bad reputation. back when i was younger, i used to get profiled all the time cause of little punks like these.
