Hey y'all... i've had my L7 for just about a week now (german retail off ebay) and love it... well did until it started acting up on me. ok, i flashed it over the weekend and didn't like the new DCR so i flashed it back to DAR and everything has been fine. yesterday i started getting "no signal" which i thought was a little weird but not so bad because i've never got a good signal at my house and we were having a thunderstorm so i just chalked it up to that. well today at work i was still getting no signal and i usually have full strength. i called SunCom to see if they were having any outages (no) and then got passed to their tech dept. basically i told them i had the RAZR and they wanted me to power off, check settings, network, etc.. nada... i thought that the SLVR felt a bit warm so i decided to turn it off for about 10 min. when i turned it back on it seemed fine. since that time it has gone off and on but doesn't keep a steady signal. i tried to go through Moto's website to send it back but they have a glitch in the system that doesn't recognize my zipcode as belonging to my address. i called their cust serv dept and basically the guy told me that since i bought it on ebay they wouldn't cover it under warrantee even though the website told me it was covered until May 2008 (verified by IMEI i guess)... oh, he also said i shouldn't leave it charging over night and that it might damage it. wtf? no Nokia i've ever owned had problems like that.

any suggestions? is this a known issue with the L7? could flashing fix it?

any help anyone has would be greatly appreciated. i was thinking about calling Moto back and telling them that i bought the damn thing while on vacation in Germany.... SUPPORT YOUR F'ING PRODUCT!!!
