Looking for an upgrade from V800...

Ok so I've been using my V800 for over a year now and I think it's time for an upgrade..
But I have no idea what's good out there.. yeah I've done some researching but so far it seems I only like either sharp 902, 903, or SE w900...
Any other suggestions? The newly introduced Samsung phones look awesome..!! But I don't know when they will be out and I want to get a new phone soon..
