SLVR & P2K Tools question

I am trying to to hook up my SLVR to P2KTools using the supplied USB cable I got with the phone and its not recognizing it. I am trying to get into the phone so that I can replace the default H3 ringtone (continental) for some else. Please Help!

Don't plan on using any headset but a wired one to get rid of of the default ringtone because as others stated in your other thread it is the phone that is doing this. It is Motorola Craptastic Branding and to date there is no fix for this.
