Z3 Blue Razr to Z3 Pink Razr bluetooth problem

Hi All,
Just bought one of each of blue and Pink Z3's yesterday. Have tried to connect them via blutooth and they just wil not connect. Everything has been done per the manual - new to this and any help will be greatly appreciated.
