it was easy, but dude, how am i uspposed to know where their area codes from?

lucky for me, i kind of knew aspen, colorado is from the mtz, so i went there.

lets compile a thread with where we can find each area code, and where its from.

itll make our life easier.

opus will tell you, as long as you put their area code and a valid cingular number. ask them if they know anyone on at&t or cingular in their area. when you look at their account it will say the proper market on the top left

where?

it just tells me the markets, not where the numbers at.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

Well u use that new tool, I forget the name of it and it tells u the market...then u just use the city you want the number from on the dropdown. The customer should know surrounding cities.

I did add a out of market feature and dsr is still not showing it. Grr

GEARS is the name of the tool.

I don't think so. I think the point is that the stores can now activate accounts outside their local market.

There are many free tools on the Internet that look up area codes. Here's one:
