hey guys i have a nokia 3590 that cuts off when recieving calls. What are the options i have to work with. by the way the phone fell in water.

If that happens, you need to take out the battery immediately and let it dry for a few hours. Also consider leaving the battery compartment open for the time period when the battery has been removed since that way, the chances of the phone's inner components drying faster and reducing some of the damage are better.

did that but now it says local mode. What must i do now?

No, it does not booth up any at all. It just shows local mode.

Sounds like you'll need to send it in to Nokia or take it to a local wireless shop to see if they can fix it for you.
