Thing I need to know before Flashing my razor V3

A few things before I flash my razor v3, It has a boot loader 0826 with T-Mobile carrier is this the correct flash file to use? R374_G_0E.40.9CR_MOTOX.shx Flex Version:GSMV3xxT674TA09E
Bootloader: BOOT0823, and the second question is do I need to reflash with R374_G_0E.42.0ER_MLP_Reflash.shx right after flashing the first flash file, third question is, flash with or without simcard inserted, all instructions never mention about simcard removal or left in, Aloha for the help
