Does the lg vx 9800 support wma ring tones

if not does anyone know of a good program that quickly converts to mp3, close enough to retain sound quality and file size?

I use Cool Edit 2.0 but my friend uses Audacity.

You can select to have songs in either WMA or MP3, if you have the Version 2 software flashed onto your phone.

However, as far as I know, it cannot be both.
