Hi people.
I flashed my Verizon V3c with .03 firmware to the Alltel 3.16 firmware.
I took all the steps that the Wiki told me to do and couldn't get the get it now to work. So I re flashed back to the Oh so wonderful .03 Verizon firmware and it didn't fix it. It is giving me this error.
" Unable to retrieve catalog. Please try again later. (18)".
What the heck is that about? I'm stumped. If there is a way to fix this without calling the best cell company in the world LOL. I would be very thankful. So in advance I thank you for not turning me into a smurf and trying to stomp me out. Shubba Lubba. Peace

I just did a flash back to 3.16 now im getting the same info except for this code (3332)

OK, I have the same problem with my V710. My GetItNow is not working and we both need Monster Pack flash files (of course they are not the same) to completely restore all phone services and capabilities as they were meant to be used by Verizon. When you flash with a regular flash file you do upgrade your phone to a newer SW version but when you flash with the Monster Pack file you completely restore the whole memory content including the boot sector. The Monster Pack file is a double size file (about 80Mb for V710) comparing to the regular one (which is about 40Mb). It can also be used to revive a dead phone that failed the software upgrade.
