Hi all,

I have a C350 phone and I would like to make a backup. However, I have experienced problems with the C350 and Flash Mode. When I open FlashBackup, and tell it to do a backup, it says 'switching to flash mode', then the phone turns off and the program says the phone is disconnected. Also, I tried to turn the phone on in flashmode by holding the asterick and hash button and turning it on. The phone doesn't turn on until you take out the battery and put it back in.

I am using Flash Backup 2.6.2 and have not experienced any problems with other phones when backing them up.
