v180 firmware flash problem

Last night I got fed up with my phone turning off and dropping calls so I flashed it to R365. Well the flash went well but a message "Enter Subsidy Password" comes up when I turn on the phone. Well after talking to cingular and getting what they call they subsidy password it still wont work. So I flashed back to R364 and I still have to enter the password and the cingular code they gave me still doesnt work. Please anyone that can help chime in or PM me! Thanks so much guys!
