I have heard of people having issues where they must change the v3c to a v3cm each time they open MPT. This is easily fixed! To permanently change your v3c into a v3cm just edit seem 2827. It is in offset 0006, but there is no point checking all the right bit boxes. Just go to the section that reads V.3.c........ and change it such that it reads V.3.c.m.......

Be sure to leave a dot between the c and m. This is done by clicking on the second dot after the c and simply typing the letter m.

Presto! You have a v3cm! This same mod works for the e815, allowing you to make it an e815m.
