alright heare is da deal
i want 2 phone on in usa and one in india
i want to have a phone in usa connect it to computer use somthing like skype or any other program and call another computer. when the computer recives the call you can call any other phone in india. and if anyone calls the phone in india i get the phone call over here does any one know about this. 
if some dosent tell me im gonna go

Go research Asterisk PBX. It can be made to do the things you are asking.
