Motorola handset USB drive file empty

Got a USB cable with driver CD from ebay and tried to installed it but not sure how to get it going. Folders are listed for i830,i90, GSM, & V60. Would my V265 fall under the V60? Modem and USB driver folders only for the first (2), not for the V60. When I run the V60 setup a Motorola Handset USB Driver folder is made by the install wizzard, but is empty.
Should I try one of the other phone catagory driver setups?
I downloaded P2Kman but can't access phone through this appl. either.
