Motokit doesn't recognize V3i

I just got a v3i and motokit wont recognize it. I think it has something to do with my phone having itunes. My friend had one without itunes and it worked with motokit just like a regular razor.

Is there any drivers or updates I can download to make it work?

Is there any other way to make the speaker louder, like through a hex edit?

Use a standard V3 first and then it should "see" your V3i.

Do you mean start motokit with a v3 plugged in and then plug in my v3i? **** I sold my v3 yesterday to pay for this piece of ****. I'm so frustrated I had played with a non itunes version and everything worked great so I bought one not realizing the difference. I'm begining to wonder if this phone was worth the extra 50 bucks.

Oh yeah I forgot I can't do any hex editing either. So I have to deal with the annoying text message whenever I check a voicemail.

What application did you use to make this change?

That's what is driving me crazy the phone worked perfectly for about 2 minutes. I used p2kman and xvi32 to do some seem editing and then as soon as I uploaded the new seem p2kman won't recognize the phone anymore? Plus I used motokit to jack up the volume like I did on my old v3 and the v3i sounds like **** so I want to lower the gains back a bit but I can't.

Okay figured it out. It was a setting in the connections menu for usb. When p2kman restarted my phone it must have reset the settings.
